This is a well-equipped homestay which will give you homelike and cosy staying experiences. It is perched on high floor, providing a wide view of greenery and waters. 

It comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with built-in water heating system. It is able to accommodate 6 persons comfortably and maximum up to 8 persons with additional mattresses. 

It is furnished with necessities such as air-conditioning, ceiling fan, sofa, 43 inch LED TV with Android TV Box (multiple channels), Unifi 100 Mbps WiFi, kitchen cabinet, fridge, microwave oven, water dispenser, dining sets, body and hair shampoo, towels, hair dryer, washer, iron and ironing board and etc.

The residence comes with plenty of free parkings and one private parking lot within the building for guests' use.
